General information

The project offers the context to promote transnational mobility, focusing on students (PhD Programs), and academic staff (teaching and non-teaching staff, active in the domain of education and training mobility projects under Erasmus+) with the aim of: support the participants in achieving learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competencies), in order to improve and develop personal aptitude, to determine them to get involved as responsible citizens, active so that they increase the employment rate on EU labor market.

On the other hand, this project is designed to help professional careers for those working in the higher education field in order to innovate and improve the teaching methods and approach, to consolidate language competencies; to increase multicultural level, to understand different cultures and countries.

The project offers the possibility to build networks for international contacts, to actively participate in society and not at last to develop citizenship identity.

Not at last, the project aims to develop the university internationalization level, responding that way to the strategy of internationalization.

Outgoing mobilities

Important information

All outgoing participants, especially those travelling to tropical and sub tropical regions should take into consideration medical requirements or the recommended ones (eg. vaccines, medical treatment). In Cluj-Napoca, there are several private clinics which offer travel medicine services, such as: Regina MariaMedicover or MedLife.

Incoming mobilities

Language requirements for study and traineeship mobility under Erasmus+

The teaching language in the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj Napoca  is mainly Romanian, but also English and French for some programs.

Info on English for Study programs in English or French if the program is taught in French language qualifications.

Erasmus/exchange students do not have to take an English language entrance test. However, they must be fluent in spoken and written English or French, depending on the language the study program is taught. If English/French is not your native language, you must show Evidence of your fluency in English in your application. For this, you will need to include either : a qualification of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – at a Minimum level of B1, a University entrance examination, or an internal examination taken at your Home University (with an explanation of the level of the examination)

If you do not have an appropriate qualification, you can ask your Home University to test your English and write a letter certifying your standard in relation to the above.

Our university is entitled to request the applicant an online interview.
