FAQ
Who can apply?

Students enrolled in USAMV at study programs which lead to a diploma (undergraduate,
master or PhD student), have the enough language knowledge so that they can manage the
mobility and staff from USAMV (full time of part time) with language knowledge sufficient to
manage the mobility.

For outgoing student mobility, except Albania and Bosnia, only PhD students are eligible to apply.

What type of mobility is possible?

For students there are study or traineeship mobility and for staff teaching or training mobility.
The duration of mobility is based on how the project was written, regardless the types possible in general in Erasmus+ mobility. If the duration or type of proposed mobility is not possible, if and when the case, they can be change according to the Erasmus guide of the Project.

Duration of mobility

The mobility period for students is of minimum of 60 days (for both study and traineeship).
The mobility period for staff is minimum 5 days of activity. For both types of participants, the
travel days MUST be different from the activity days. The maximum period of mobility for all
participants is limited by the grant available in the project.

Which are the criteria used to select participants?

For students the Committee takes into consideration the average academic results
(semester or for full academic year), year of study (the higher year of study has priority),
extracurricular activities.

For academic staff Committee takes into consideration the status (the members in the
project have priority), the involvement in promoting internationalization, including Erasmus+,
participation in previous mobility in Erasmus+ (this measures do not apply to the members of
the Project), content of the teaching or training assignment (original, real, with measurable
results)

What is financial support?

The financial support is a lump sum composed from grant for travel and subsistence. For subsistence the academic staff received 180 EUR/day and the
student received 700 EUR/ month.

Nota bene: „Travel Distance” represents the distance from home city and host
university, while the „grant” covers the contribution for both ways.
