FAQ
The platform is a digital instrument which the participant will use to upload and receive documents from the start until the end of the mobility. Please make sure you remember your credentials. It is helpful and it is safe.
From the summer semester 2022 onwards, you can receive a Green Travel bonus if you use environmentally friendly, sustainable means of transport for your trip to your host country. This includes travel by train, bus or the use of carpooling (car). If two or more participants in the same project come share one car it is carpooling.
This offers a series of interactive activities for learning a foreign language, to help you learn or improve a foreign language. The best part is that this platform is built to answer specifically the needs of each participant. Once you have been accepted, for any mobility which is longer than 10 days, OLS is mandatory. As soon as you have taken the test you need to upload the result on the platform, from the account you have created when applying.
The additional support (if available) (“fewer opportunities” Top-Up) for persons with fewer opportunities is given to:
Persons with a disability.
Persons with a chronic illness, if this results in increased financial expenses during the stay abroad (in comparison to the stay in the sending country). For example, you cannot apply for the top-up because of allergies or food intolerance, as there are no additional costs due to the mobility. Additional costs include, for example, medically necessary trips during the mobility or increased living costs in the host country due to special needs. If applicable, a fixed amount of 250 euros per month can be approved.
Documents necessary for top up grant. One month before your mobility you need to send via email the documents:
Request – make sure you indicate in the request the following information:

All participants need to have a valid insurance (medical insurance valid in Romania which MUST contain repatriation).
In cases in which it is difficult to obtain visas (e.g. where diplomatic missions are not located in the
