Incoming Academic Staff

Find the relevant information for your mobility.

General information

The application for the teaching/training assignment can be made only online, using our platform created especially for the application, regardless the rules you have in your home university.

The platform is permanently open, all you need to do is click on apply now, follow the steps and upload your passport/ID copy and the draft proposal for teaching/training in doc/docx format, with no signature in this phase. The invitation letter (if your mobility can be accepted) will be uploaded in the platform and you will be able to download it from your account. The platform is safe and responds to the need of digitalization in Erasmus Program. All the signatures can be obtained later on. The initial planned period proposed can also be changed if needed.
