History of Erasmus+ Program in USAMV Cluj-Napoca
Erasmus+ in University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca ( USAMV Cluj-Napoca)
It was established in 1997 under the name of Socrates. In 2007, the name of the Program changed to Erasmus. Starting with 2011, the university gained the Extended Erasmus+ Carta, which allowed the university to have also traineeship for the students. In 2014, Erasmus+ Program becomes Erasmus+ and will continue with this name until 2021. Starting from 2021, there is a new Erasmus+ program which will be valid until 2028.
USAMV Cluj-Napoca is ranked first in the Romanian universities’ top universities, and in terms of study, placement and teaching mobility, it is well-known from the other major universities in the country.
