EU Mobilities for Students

Erasmus Program is the most suitable Program for the students, as it offers the possibility for
them to improve communication, language and inter-cultural skills and gain soft skills highly valued by future employers.
 
You can benefit of an exchange abroad with Erasmus+ multiple times, either as a student or as a
trainee, but your total time abroad (study abroad periods included) may not exceed 12 months
within one cycle of study and 24 months for veterinary medicine.
There are different types of mobility offered to the students: (study, traineeship or blended mobility.
 
Your long-term study period abroad can last a minimum of 2 months (or 1 academic term or trimester) and a maximum of 12 months. Students can also do a blended mobility, combining a
virtual period with a physical short or long-term mobility. The short-term physical presence
abroad as part of blended mobility lasts a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days.
The entitlements and obligations of Erasmus+ students are summarized in the Erasmus+ Student Charter by the European Commission.
Eligible criteria to be an incoming (to USAMV CN) or outgoing (from USAMV CN) Erasmus Student:
– to be enrolled at one of the Study Program which leads to a Diploma (regardless the level), 
it is mandatory to have the same status from the start of the mobility until the end of the Erasmus mobility,
– for the mobility designed for recent graduate only students in their last year of study are eligible.
